The rooftop bar was a delightful surprise, offering breathtaking views of the city skyline. The staff were attentive and made us feel welcomed and relaxed throughout our stay.

However, navigating the steep bathtub was a bit tricky. a handrail would have added extra safety and comfort for guests, especially those with mobility challenges.

The highlight of our visit was definitely the staff. micheal at the front desk made us feel like VIPs during our honeymoon. the rooftop bar was also a gem, with amazing views and friendly staff. i loved how close it was to dining options too!

I really appreciated how easy it was to stroll around and visit major spots like Nathan Phillips Square and the Art Gallery of Ontario during my stay. both were just a short walk away, which made my weekend adventure even better.

The King room showcased a well-stocked mini-bar and a luxurious bathtub that enhanced relaxation. Morning coffee from Sam James was delightful, and the homemade pastries were a treat. However, the high bathtub was a safety concern, lacking a grab bar. The ambiance in the Lobby Bar was energetic, but I wished for a few more seating options.

We enjoyed an incredible stay with family members, exploring the vibrant Toronto Entertainment District just off Queen Street West. The comfortable room made our downtime enjoyable, and the friendly staff contributed greatly to our experience.

My kids wished there were more entertainment options for families and better TV services.

Had an amazing time with my friends! We checked out the vibrant nightlife around Queen Street West and enjoyed some great food. The corner room with two double beds was perfect for our group—super comfy and quiet. The lounge was lovely to relax in, and we loved the rooftop vibe over the weekend.

One downside was the high bathtub, which felt a bit risky getting out of, especially since it was slippery. A handrail would be a good addition.

Hands down, one of the best experiences I've had. The rooftop bar was a gem, and the staff were downright amazing! Victoria at the front desk. She found us a great spot despite the bustling lobby. Not to mention, Ryan singing happy birthday was just icing on the cake!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but it was still acceptable considering the experience.
